Iosnola is an internal application provided by GRI (GRI BRAZIL EVENTOS LTDA / GRI Institute) to its employees and collaborators. It is a meeting recorder for iPhone and Android that captures in-person meetings, stores the audio in the organization's private cloud, and produces transcripts. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. Iosnola is intended for internal use by authorized GRI personnel and is not offered to the general public.
The app does not use analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites.
The data above is used solely to provide the app's functionality: recording, secure upload, playback, and transcription for internal GRI purposes. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.
These providers act as processors on GRI's behalf and are permitted to use the data only to deliver the service.
Your recordings and transcripts are accessible to you and to authorized GRI personnel in accordance with GRI's internal policies. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
Recordings are retained in accordance with GRI's internal data-retention practices. You can delete a recording from within the app, which removes it from the organization's storage.
The app accesses the microphone only while you are actively recording, at your initiation. It does not record in the background without an active recording session you started.
Because this is an internal tool, access is managed by GRI. For questions about this policy or your data, contact privacy@griinstitute.org.
This policy is specific to the Iosnola mobile applications (iOS and Android) and supplements GRI's general privacy policy.
